Improper slope and inconsistent site-built shower bases are a leading cause of drainage issues and long-term water damage. The DMX Shower Base comes pre-sloped to direct water efficiently toward the drain, simplifying installation and reducing the need for on-site slope forming. Available in circular and linear drain configurations and multiple sizes, it provides a consistent foundation for both standard showers and tub-to-shower conversions.

1. Ensure subfloor is clean, level, solid, and meets code requirements.
2. Dry-fit shower base to confirm fit, support, and drain alignment.
3. Mix modified thin-set mortar to proper consistency.
4. Apply mortar to substrate using appropriate notched trowel.
5. Back-butter underside of shower base.
6. Set base in place and press firmly for full contact.
7. Check coverage, level, and proper slope toward drain.
8. Allow mortar to cure before proceeding.
